Following on from this I will provide you with a Personalised Career Action Plan which will outline the steps I am recommending you take to achieve your career aspirations, including your career goals.

Sometimes our career gets stuck!  We do not know what we want to do next, whether for the same organisation or if its time to look for something new.  Through your one-on-one coaching sessions, we will unpack why you are 'stuck', what is holding you back and get to the point of you want to go.

Then we will review your Personalised Career Action Plan, set new goals and the next steps you need to take to achieve your career aspirations.

Your CV is one of the most important tools you can have in your Career Basket.  I can review and provide you feedback on your current CV, including proof reading, formatting and editing or I can design and develop you a new CV that will support you in achieving your career aspirations.

Alongside your CV, your cover letter is important to you for securing that all important interview. 

These two parts need to 'sell' you to your future employer and tell them why they should employ you. 

I can review any cover letters you have written including proof reading, editing and formatting or I can write you a cover letter to support your job application.

Depending on the industry you are looking to apply for a job role in or the type of job role you are applying for having an Evidence Portfolio of your work can be an added tool in your Career Basket.  Your Evidence Portfolio can be achieved through a variety of ways, generally making use of technology and an appropriate platform.  Think of it like an 'on-line' CV demonstrating your talents through work you have already achieved.

This is another valuable tool that many employers use as part of their recruitment strategy and they will also check out people that have applied for a role within their organisation on LinkedIn.  If you already have a LinkedIn Profile I can review it and provide feedback or I can work with you to set up a LinkedIn Profile.  

Once you have made the big decision to apply for jobs, whether its your first job or your last, job searching can almost be a full time job in itself!  After your Career Consultation or Career Coaching I can provide you with a personalised Job Search Strategy, including identifying the jobs you want to prepare and apply for that will meet your career goals.  I can support you with this from identifying relevant websites for you to search and apply for the roles you want or I can provide you with a shortlist of suitable jobs for you to apply to.
