Project Description
This mature client came to me with a CV that was very outdated, still included many experiences from when she had first started working. Her CV was also 5 pages in length and in a very old style and format, certainly did not catch the eye of the reader. We worked together to create a CV that had a fresh look and highlighted the skills and experiences that were likely to 'translate' into getting remote work. We also got her LinkedIn profile up to date. I provided career coaching, job searching strategies and interview preparation. This client has secured their dream job of working remotely and at the same time building their life coaching business.

PROJECT 2
Project Description
This 19 year old male youth had two poor experiences in his first two job roles, post-secondary school. One he has made redundant, as all staff were, when the business sold and the second he was subjected to workplace bullying. His confidence and self-esteem when it came to work was low and he did not have a CV, as both his previous jobs he had got through word of mouth. I provided career coaching and worked with him to write his CV and we also looked at job search strategies and interview preparation. The outcome was that he gained an entry level role and has now been with this employer for over three years. His confidence and self-esteem have improved vastly and he is just about to embark on undertaking higher education study.

Project Description
This was the second time I would worked with this client. The first time was when she was made redundant and needed my career services. This mature woman had been working in the same sector for over 2.5 decades and was desperate to gain her next career move into a new sector, but bringing forth her vast experience and knowledge. We worked on a refreshed CV that was tailored to the specific career roles she was interested in applying for. Each CV highlighted these roles and could be easily 'tweaked' to fit the job being applied for. A cover letter template was created in a similar approach. I also provided job search strategies, updated LinkedIn profile, interview preparation and career coaching. This client was with the same employer for 20 years and had held multiple job roles, had undertaken secondment opportunities and managed organisation wide projects. During her employment she gained formal and informal qualifications. Having been made redundant, she was concerned about what value she could offer and where her career direction could head. She questioned whether someone would want to employ a 50+ year old. On paper, her CV, while it had been kept up to date, still had information that was no longer relative to the types of roles she was looking at. Working with this client we reviewed and revamped her CV, I provided career coaching, cover letter support, we developed a job search strategy and updated her LinkedIn Profile. This woman applied for multiple job roles and ended up securing a role that built on her skills and knowledge. She remained with this employer for two years and was then ready for her next career move.

Project Description
This mature client came to me with a CV that was outdated, she was also wanting to move from hybrid working to working fully remote, to enable her to be a full time care giver for her Mum. I updated her CV, moved it to a new template, and highlighted her experience of hybrid working to demonstrate her ability to transition to fully remote work.
I also provided career coaching and future job search strategies.

Project Description
This client had started building his company profile on LinkedIn. I created a LinkedIn banner using his organisations brand guidelines and resized his company logo to fit with LinkedIn's sizings.
Content was added making use of the sections and functionality of LinkedIn. I also provided the client with recommendations on how to build his companies engagement on LinkedIn, including providing a series of initial postings, linking to the companies website and CTA.

This client was wanting to move their career from being a freelance contractor, back to paid employment, and needed to highlight the skills, and experiences she would bring. Her LinkedIn profile needed a major overhaul - adding content, re-writing a new About section, and removing non-relevant content. I made full use of all the sections available, and created a LinkedIn banner to make full use of LinkedIn profiles. As a starting point I did a full review of her LinkedIn profile and provided her with a report with recommendations and then implemented the recommendations.
