What Was I Thinking!

Not too much thought went into this decision to undertake a mid-life OE, it was definitely based on the heart versus the brain!

However, with two years of surviving a pandemic and 'no end in sight in NZ' and finding a 1/2 brother who was born, raised and living in Scotland, the timing was right to commence this mid-life OE.

So I handed my notice in at a job I loved, packed up my home, rented it out to tenants, booked my one way flight and now I'm here in Scotland! Literally happened within 6 weeks of me making the decision, nothing like acting on 'impulse'.
