Why
While I could continue to do house sitting for 'free' as I have done successfully through Trusted House Sitters, the time has come for me to build this as a 'side hustle', and earn a bit of 'pocket money' along the way!
Homeowners will find that my pricing is affordable when they compare having to pay for pets to go into a 'pet hotel' or potentially compared to others who charge for house sitting.
While this side hustle certainly won't make me a millionaire, it does go towards my living costs, such as buying food, travel costs, and other day to day living expenses.
What Do I Bring To Being Your
House Sitter?
I am an experiences house sitter having done multiple house sits in the UK and Europe. I have experience caring for cats, dogs, and rabbits as a house sitter, but I have been around a range of animals all my life including; sheep, goats, cattle, birds, fish, and rodents!
I have testimonials from previous house sits that I have completed, all with 'five star' reviews.
I have references from people who personally know me, including my BFF, who has known for 40 years!
I am trustworthy, and honest, and will care for your animals as if they were my own, and take fantastic care of your home. I have been a homeowner for nearly 30 years, and I would class myself as 'house proud'.
If I commit to completing your house sit, unless there is a 'state of emergency', a 'medical event', or a 'dire family emergency' (and touch wood there is NEVER any of these!), then you will find me at your place at the agreed time for the start of your sit, and right until the end of your sit.
So, not only will you have the peace of mind knowing that your animals are being very well looked after, you are also adding a security measure to your home, as it will continue to look 'lived in', a great deterrent to would be opportunistic criminals! That's a win:win in my book!

The prices quoted below are per night and are for sits up to 4 weeks. Anything longer than that please contact me for a personalised quote.

House Sitting
This service is for house sitting only. It doesn't include taking care of any pets or animals, but will provide you with peace of mind that your home is safe and secure while you are away, and looks 'lived in'.
€10.00 per night
House Sitting with
Care of ONE Dog
This house sit service is where I take care of ONE dog and your home. Rest assured your precious pup will be well looked after, as will your home.
€20.00 per night
House Sitting with
Care of ONE Cat
This house sit service is where I take care of ONE cat and your home. Rest assured your magnificent moggy will be well looked after, as will your home.

Payment Methods
I can currently accept PayPal, Revolut, or directly into my UK bank account.
For sits of 1 to 7 days full payment is required two weeks prior to the start date of the house sit.
For sits of 8 to 14 days 50% of the full payment is required prior to the start date of the house sit and the remaining 50% required on the day the house sit commences. The remaining 50% can be paid either electronically or in cash on my arrival.
For sits 15+ days 50% of the full payment is required prior to the start date of the house sit. Then full payment required for up to each 7 day period there after, till the end of the sit. The first of these payments can be either electronic or cash, and any remaining payments will be done electronically while you are away for work or on your holiday.
Payment details will be provided once we have agreed to the house and pet sit.
If you cancel the house and pet sitting service you have booked with me before two weeks before the sit commences there is no charge. However, if you cancel after this, you will forfeit 50% of what you have paid.
